April's Move of the Month works the ourside of the thigh. This sequence is one that would be found in The ORIGINAL Class and takes about 5 minutes to complete. I've found that by consistently doing this series of moves (and other variations of these moves), that the strength and flexibility in my outer thighs have improved and my waist has become tighter. December's Move of the Month is the Warm Up from The ORIGINAL Class. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete (it's quicker once you've learned it) and can be done everyday -- even if you don't do the full class. I've found that by consistently doing this series of moves, that the flexibility in my hamstrings, waist and back has improved tremendously. During this busy month of tidings and good cheer, I challenge you to take 10 minutes to yourself to do the ORIGINAL Warm Up every day. And, by the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve, I guarantee that you'll be feeling more flexible and free as we head into 2021!
